Ingredients
2, 15.5 oz cans of garbanzo beans
1 cup no shell
@keenanfarms
pistachios
4 garlic cloves
1 cup olive oil
1/2 lemon, freshly juiced
1/2 cup spinach
2 Tbsp tahini
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
Fresh parsley, to garnish
Preparaton
Add 2 cans of garbanzo beans, 1 cup pistachios, 1 cup olive oil, and 4 garlic cloves to a food processor. Blend on high until smooth.
Add in the lemon, spinach, tahini, salt and cumin to the mixture. Blend until smooth.
Serve on a snack board garnished with parsley! You can also add to sandwiches, wraps, or bowls for a high protein and flavorful addition!
